The hotel had a lovely and cozy atmosphere, with charming decorations and comfortable seating areas where I could relax with a book or chat with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators, making it convenient for me to move around without any trouble.

I would have liked the children working there to be more attentive and considerate towards senior guests, as sometimes they seemed a bit too rushed and not as understanding of our needs.

De villa is prachtig en goed onderhouden, met gloednieuw meubilair en hoogwaardige voorzieningen. De locatie is geweldig, op slechts 100 meter van een mooie ingang naar het water en in de buurt van geweldige stranden. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader!

The best part was the location, which was very convenient, providing easy access to the ski lift and nearby ESF office—the perfect combination for skiing enthusiasts. we loved the fact that the swimming pool and spa facilities were great, offering relief after a day of skiing.

Our breakfast and dinner was not up to the expected standards, especially for the expense selected. Unfortunately, our breakfast was limited and not worth the cost, and the dinner was inconsistent, with inexperienced staff often asking us to pay at the restaurant counter, which was inconvenient.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was just opposite the ski lift. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impressive. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was hassle-free and convenient.
